National Lottery winner still hasn’t seen a penny of her lottery winnings

Dorothy McDonagh has become one of the country’s most famous National Lottery winners but still hasn’t seen a penny of her lottery winnings. Mrs McDonagh won a court battle last month to claim half of her £30,000 jackpot, which was fraudulently claimed by a local couple but Dorothy is still waiting to see any of her windfall.
